THE WAY TO A GREATER LIFE

AWAKEN
YOUR
MASTER
SELF

You may know a bodily self, a thinking self, a personality self … but do you know your MASTER-SELF? 

This Self usually remains hidden just beyond the normal field of awareness. But once we discover it, and learn to use it, we become FULLY ALIVE.  Suddenly we can have a much better time with people and get more of what we need and want - money, confidence, friendship, steady movement toward our goals, and an abundance of joy, love and happiness.

WHY?

Because when tuned in at Master Self level we connect to a super-consciousness field of intelligence and creative energy and we can do much better than we normally do.

This is greater mind Jung called the collective unconscious and some call universal consciousness and others call God. But it doesn't matter what we call it. What matters is the power it gives us, and that it's always there for us to connect to and draw upon. 

When we're not connected to this infinite source we're restricted by the limits produced by our ego and life-long conditioning - which keep us stuck where we are. This is why normal education and self-help efforts often don't actually help. To really do really well we need to be higher connected.

Many of us already know this and feel we could use a little support in staying higher connected. That's why in 2000 I started weekly Life Mastery meetings. If you're interested let me know.

HOW TO HAVE YOUR BEST LIFE

WHAT’S THE KEY STUMBLING BLOCK?
Sub-wills are the key reason for many problems and not having your best life.
WHAT ARE SUB-WILLS?
In brain science terms, sub-wills are well-established neuron firing-patterns; in simpler terms, they’re SUB-PERSONALITY MINDSETS – the habits, beliefs, desires, resistances and fears, established by different parts of oneself - which now instantaneously control what we think, feel, do and say.
Sometimes sub-wills work well for us, but they often also cause resistances, conflicts, under- and over-reactions, thoughtless action, misdirection, and limit our future … as well as how happy and successful we can be.
WHAT’S THE REMEDY?
At birth we ‘awaken’ to a PHYSICAL-SELF, later to a THINKING-SELF, and eventually to a sub-will-driven PERSONAL-SELF; each is a natural step bringing us to our current level of functioning. But with one more natural step - a Fourth Awakening to a MASTER-SELF - we can oversee sub-wills and live a much better-directed life.
WHAT IS THE MASTER-SELF?
The MASTER-SELF is a higher center of the brain that quietly exists, inactive, and unnoticed, beneath a constant stream of sub-will-driven thought. By awakening to it we utilize its higher functions to oversee sub-wills and live more purposefully, intuitively, creatively and wisely.
HOW DO I AWAKEN TO MY MASTER-SELF?
When you can ‘step back’ and notice your thoughts, actions and surroundings - objectively and without judgments - you enter a MASTER-SELF frame of mind with wiser command. Simple as this is, it takes a special mental shift we’re normally not used to making and may take a little time to learn.
WHAT RESULTS CAN I EXPECT?
At a MASTER-SELF LEVEL you can reduce negative feelings … eliminate stress … increase positive energy and self-worth … more readily resolve conflicts … feel more confident … improve relationships … do better at work and at creating wealth … improve health … handle difficult situations more easily … increase creativity … make better decisions … and solve problems (instead of unconsciously creating them).

In short: ACTING AT A MASTER-SELF LEVEL, YOU CAN DO BETTER IN EVERY ASPECT OF YOUR LIFE! This may seem to some like an exaggerated claim, but once you experience your MASTER-SELF in action, you’ll know that the great secret of successful living is awakening to your MASTER-SELF

HOW SUCCESSFUL DO YOU WANT TO BE?

Here’s a simple success secret that may interest you. When sleepy, we don’t do well; when normally awake we do better. And when more awake than normal, we even do a lot better. THE MORE AWAKENED WE ARE, THE BETTER WE DO.

This may seem obvious, but most people don’t even consider a higher-than-normal awakening possibility – when in fact it’s the way to live at our best. The more awakened we are, the better experience and outcomes we can get.

If you need proof, try this: when starting your next conversation or task, set a goal of being fully attentive and caring without wavering - no matter what happens!  See how caringly present you can be.

Later, reflect on your experience. Did you feel more alert and alive? Did you have sharper focus and perceive more? Did you feel more intuitive and in command? Were your experiences and results better than usual? If your answer to most of these questions is an unqualified ‘YES’, it’s probably because you shifted from a NORMAL to HIGHER-AWAKENED focus.

USE THIS DELIBERATE FOCUSING TECHNIQUE AND SEE HOW MUCH BETTER YOU DO.

When higher awakened, life can be more wonderful - we go past present limits to higher levels of relationship success, job advancement, creativity and enjoyment of life; and with daily practices there are many higher levels we can go to shape a better life. Higher awakening is the key. Anyone in my classes will tell you this from their experience. It’s that simple!

THE MINDSET THAT MATTERS MOST

Thought is creative in a very personal and fundamental way; it has been found that thoughts not only produce different neuron-firing patterns in the brain, but also physiological changes in the body that affect our health, how we feel and act, and ultimately our quality of life experience.

Therefore it behooves us to be mindful of what we think at each moment, for it’s a primary cause of the life we experience and get; the more positive our thoughts, the more positive our experiences and outcomes are likely to be.

The power of positive thinking is well known and established; however, its power is dependent upon what we truly believe deep-down. And that’s why merely trying to think positively doesn’t always work; when hidden negative core beliefs are in conflict with our positive thoughts, those beliefs override the thoughts and undermine our attempts to be positive.

So to support the power of positive thinking, our fundamental beliefs must be positive as well - core-mindset matters most. This is why it’s so important to identify hidden primary negative beliefs established early in life and reconstruct them. Then positive thinking can be fully effective.

This is where certain forms of therapy and spiritual teaching can be helpful. As they help us clear out fundamental negative beliefs, we unblock our power to create the better life we want.

Bottom line: to maximize the power of positive thinking, root out core negative beliefs.

AWARENESS AIDS SUCCESS

Ever wonder why some fail and others succeed? One reason is lack of awareness. The less aware we are, the less we’re likely to produce the results we want. Yes, sometimes good luck brings success, but often the key is awareness. With proper awareness we’re much more likely to succeed.

With this in mind, practicing MINDFULNESS and SELF-OBSERVATION can be of great help. Both are powerful ways for expanding awareness, and together can make us more successful at everything we attempt.

MINDFULNESS is the practice of giving full attention to the task at hand; becoming fully present and not allowing our mind to wander off course. It can help us become more in control of how we utilize our mind.

SELF-OBSERVATION is the practice of noticing our emotional states, intentions and actions. As we do this non-judgmentally, we may see our participation more objectively … then make the necessary adjustment for getting better results. This practice can help us to act more appropriately and effectively.

For example: to get along better with another person and to forward personal or professional interests, the more MINDFUL we are of what is being said and sought by another, the more appropriately we may respond. And the more SELF-OBSERVANT we are, the more readily we notice when we’re getting out of line and can choose new and more appropriate responses for better outcomes.

Success is a creative exploratory process dependent on the expansion of awareness, and these techniques help expand awareness in all situations; the more you practice them, the more successful you can be.

The above example is general and only lightly brushes the surface of how powerful these two techniques actually are. To know their true value we may need to practice them daily.  As has been often wisely said – the proof is in the pudding. So the more you practice them, the more surely you’ll know their role in increasing success.

GENERATING HIGHER ENERGY

There's an elevated way of participating in life.  I call it 'Divine Zone Living'.  It comes as a result of mentally being more creatively and spiritually attuned.  At this level of mental focus, we're more receptive, appreciative, intuitive, inspired, expressive, and constructively productive -- more fully alive! 

Very creative and highly evolved people learn to regularly bring themselves to this level of living.  It’s a matter of raising consciousness and bringing oneself to a higher energy state.  Without doing this we may feel stuck and weighed down by the habitual and difficult turns of life we face every day.

At root, everything -- health, wealth and happiness -- is a matter of high positive energy.  As we raise our energy state, the better our lives can be. And that’s why high energy practices are needed.

This is where meditation can be of great value; in particular, ENERGY MEDITATION.

Energy meditation is a specific focus on sensing and raising your energy level. Simply put: it’s just becoming still within ... and sensing the energy of your being ... and then generating it as high as you can.

Some people may find this simple practice difficult because they’re unable to still their mind and focus their awareness on sensing body energy. If you have this difficulty, just begin by focusing on your hands, holding palms up. Once you feel an energetic tingling there, see if you can feel it in other areas of your body, and then after that, feel your whole body as one unified energy state rising as high it can. 

This is one of many key practices that can help you experience a higher energy level and living in your divine zone.
